About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Site Service Technician to join our Braeside-based team. You'll service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial roller doors and their control systems, working across client sites in a mobile role. This is a great fit for a qualified tradesperson — a Mechanical Fitter or similar — who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and variety in their day.

What You'll Do

Service and repair industrial roller doors, shutters, and automation systems
Diagnose mechanical faults and electrical control issues on-site
Carry out routine maintenance and safety inspections for clients
Install replacement parts and upgrade door control units
Complete accurate service reports via tablet or paperwork
Deliver clear communication and reliable service to clients on-site

What You'll Bring

A relevant trade qualification (e.g. Mechanical Fitter, or a licensed Electrician)
Experience servicing roller doors and control systems (highly regarded)
Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and basic electrical systems
Current manual driver's licence (to operate the company service vehicle)
Valid White Card
EWP ticket and a solid commitment to working safely at heights

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and reliable Storesperson to join our warehouse team in Altona. This role starts casual with a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right person. You'll work 38 hours per week, keeping stock moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Operate high reach forklifts safely in narrow aisles
Load and unload delivery trucks and shipping containers
Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
Receive incoming stock and verify delivery paperwork
Put away inventory into designated racking locations

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented CNC Turret Punch Operator to join our manufacturing team. You'll configure, program, and run CNC turret punch presses to cut, shape, and punch sheet metal components to engineering drawings. Working to tight tolerances and strict quality standards, you'll interpret technical drawings, set up tooling, program the machine, and keep a clean, efficient workstation.

Core Responsibilities

Machine operation: Program, edit, and run CNC turret punch presses safely and efficiently
Tooling setup: Select, inspect, sharpen, and load the correct punches and dies into the machine turret
Blueprint reading: Interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and material charts to determine job requirements
Material handling: Load and position raw sheet metal (steel, aluminium) using forklifts or pallet jacks
Quality control: Carry out in-process inspections with callipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine errors, mechanical faults, or material defects during production
Maintenance: Perform basic daily preventative maintenance and cleaning on assigned machinery
Finishing: Deburr, grind, and finish completed parts using manual hand tools
Documentation: Log daily production numbers, material usage, scrap, and quality results

What You'll Bring

1–3 years operating CNC manufacturing equipment, specifically turret punch presses (e.g. Amada, Trumpf)
Strong numeracy, computer proficiency, and a working knowledge of CNC programming codes
Confident using precision measuring tools — callipers, micrometers, and tape measures
Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks safely
