Administration Assistant

ASA Personnel require an experienced Administration Person to join one of our clients for a 3 week assignment, based in Moe.  This position will be a Monday - Friday position 38hrs per week

Duties for this position are:

  • ·       General office reception
  • ·       General administrative assistance to managers
  • ·       Assist on Accounts including manage, maintain & evaluate invoices and data entry
  • ·       Documents and office consumables management
  • ·       Answering  incoming calls and directing queries to relevant team members
  • ·       Data entry and file development

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • ·       High level of communication skills, verbally and written
  • ·       Excellent phone manner, reception experience desirable
  • ·       Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • ·       Ability to work in an Industrial environment
  • ·       Well-presented and outgoing
